For some reason two days later I received the same box, damaged even more. The store initiated an online return for me and gave the tracking number for my return. I decided to return it at a buy buy baby store - rented a truck, drove 60 miles one way. I had to return this item because it came damaged.

My heart goes out to everyone who has gone through an ordeal like this at a time when purchasing baby furniture should be a happy and memorable experience. I recommend purchasing your baby furniture from a reliable and reputable business. The overall experience of everything else is questionable. If I owned a business I would want her as an employee. She has impeccable customer service skills. I can honestly say that Sarah at the Tyler store in the baby department has gone above and beyond to try to make this horrible experience right. My grand baby is due Feb 28 and the dresser will arrive (maybe) March24th. Long story short, I have a bed and nightstand and now no dresser. The delivery part of the company said it is not the policy to be delivered to the store that it is a white glove delivery because of the weight. My daughter is having a house built so I sent the items to the store to be picked up by me. She talked to the store associate and I ordered right then with a nightstand. I called the manufacturer to find out they have a similar dresser in the same color. We waited through December only to find out it was discontinued. In November I would purchase the dresser only to find out it was out of stock. I have no problem with that, however if looks could kill I would have been dead. With the help of a store manager I was able to purchase the product only to be followed out the door by another manager who watched their employee drop the bed at my car and make sure he did not help load it. The employee was rude and insisted she could not sell me the bed because I was strapping it to the rails on my car. I purchased a baby bed in Austin Buy Buy Baby at the end of October. Worst company, hopefully they're next to go out of business like bed bath and beyond Now trying to do that with a price match, they're saying they won't honor because they don't have the exact bundle with the store, comparing other store their prices are outrageous and I don't want to have to email every time I want a price match that they won't even honor. But figured I'd hold onto that and buy a smaller stroller for travel later. If I wanted the membership fee back I'd have to call corporate customer service.

I was pissed the guy said it was free and that he was signing me up so I could get points for the big stroller purchase. She explained I signed up for the membership where you earn cash back and what not.

When I didn't get the full refund I called back to the nice woman that helped me out. Was able to finally cancel BBB stroller but because it was all done in store, then had to call the store for my refund. I purchased a wonderfold wagon instead from the company themselves and that arrived in 3 days. I got buyers remorse and was trying to cancel the order after 3 attempts because it hadn't even shipped 5 days later and was only coming from NV to AZ. Went in on Black Friday to get a stroller, was told I got "free same day shipping", and the discount was a joke. I will never shop there for my her again. I am so disappointed by how they treated her today. She's 9 months pregnant and due next week. Then told her they only do inventory every 2 years. They essentially told her that their inventory count matches so she must not be accurate. I am about to have her bag it all back up and we will go return it. They said that they can't do anything about it. I told her to just take the receipt to the store and explain that somehow they did not get it bagged with the other items. She realized upon setting up the baby's room, that the changing pad was missing. Over the last week, I have purchased over $1500 in baby items there for my daughter. I visited the store January 16th and purchased a contour changing table pad for $39.99.
